Airport Transfers & Journey Time

Private airport transfers can be arranged in advance for a relaxed and seamless arrival.

The journey from V. C. Bird International Airport (ANU) to Villa Alizé takes approximately 35–40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Your driver will meet you at the arrivals area and take you directly to the St. James’s Club estate, with onward guidance to the villa.

If you would like us to arrange your transfer, please let us know your flight details in advance.

Self-Drive Directions

If you are arriving by hire car, detailed step-by-step directions and a map pin will be shared with you before arrival.

Villa Alizé is located within the St. James’s Club estate, above Mamora Bay, on Antigua’s south-east coast.

Clear signage is available at the estate entrance, and our team will provide precise guidance for reaching the villa once inside the resort grounds.

Where availability allows, early check-in or late check-out can be requested in advance.

Your stay at Villa Alizé includes exclusive use of the main villa and private guest cottage, together with all on-site amenities and facilities described in your booking.

You will enjoy:

• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Complimentary use of the golf buggy within the St. James’s Club estate

Wi-Fi & Connectivity

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and guest cottage.

Network details will be provided inside the villa on arrival.

Mobile coverage in the area is generally good, although signal strength may vary slightly in some outdoor areas due to the hillside setting.

Air-Conditioning & Energy Use

All bedrooms and main living areas are fitted with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

To support responsible energy use on the island, we kindly ask guests to:

• Switch off air-conditioning and lights when leaving rooms
• Keep doors and windows closed when the air-conditioning is in use

These small steps help preserve both comfort and the local environment.

Pool Safety

The private pool is for the exclusive use of Villa Alizé guests.

For everyone’s safety:

• Children must always be supervised by an adult
• Please avoid running on wet pool surfaces
• Glassware should not be taken into the pool area

Pool use is entirely at guests’ own risk.

Resort Access Guidance

Guests of Villa Alizé may enjoy access to selected facilities within the St. James’s Club estate, including beaches and leisure areas.

Please note:

• Access is subject to resort availability and operational hours
• Certain facilities, activities and services may carry additional charges
• Resort rules and policies apply while using shared facilities

Your golf buggy is provided for convenient movement within the estate.

Villa Alizé is a privately owned home, and we kindly ask guests to treat it with the same care and respect as their own.

To maintain a peaceful and high-quality environment for all:

• The villa is not suitable for parties or events
• Please be considerate of neighbours, particularly in the evenings
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa
